  Weaknesses My weaknesses are   Sometimes, I don’t always ask for help, of course it would be beneficial, I like to figure things out for myself. I am taking steps to improve in this area   I’m not great at giving people negative feedback, however I am trying to improve   I find it hard to say no to people, I always say yes, even though I don’t have capacity to do so, feeling overwhelmed, I now take my time to see if I really can help people or not

  Strengths My Strengths include the fact that I am Commercially aware. This means I will always work hard to help your business grow and the work I do for you will be efficient and effective   Other Strengths include my collaborative approach to working, I strongly believe that a Team can achieve brilliant things when they support each other   Finally, my greatest strength has to be my loyalty and trustworthiness.
